Skilled Auto Service Tech

Automotive Technician – Yeoman Auto

$75,000–$120,000 per Year | Weekly Pay | No Saturdays

Yeoman Auto is a growing, high-performance independent auto repair shop with two locations in the Fort Wayne area. We stay busy year-round, servicing 600+ vehicles per month, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team.

We believe in supporting our technicians with the right tools, training, and a positive team environment.

What We Offer

  • Multiple pay plans available (Hourly + Bonus or Flat Rate)

  • Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Technician Qualifications

  • Own basic tools (training program can supplement)

  • Medium to high mechanical skill level

  • Experience with brakes, tires, oil services, suspension, diagnostics, and wiring

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

  • Comfortable using computers and scan tools (provided)

  • Positive team attitude and willingness to learn

  • ASE certifications are a plus (we help train and pay for certification)

  • Valid driver’s license required
