Automotive Technician

Automotive Technician (A & B Level) – Yeoman Auto

$75,000–$90,000+ | Weekly Pay | No Saturdays

Yeoman Auto is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician with A- or strong B-level skills who wants consistent work, professional standards, and a clear future. If you’re confident in your abilities and want to work in a shop that values structure, teamwork, and quality repairs, this role is for you.

We are a high-performing independent repair shop with two locations in the Fort Wayne area, servicing 600+ vehicles per month, which means steady workflow and no slow days.

Who This Role Is For

  • A-Techs who enjoy diagnostics, complex repairs, and leadership by example

  • B-Techs with solid skills who are ready to grow into advanced diagnostics

  • Technicians who value process, communication, and doing the job right

Skills & Experience

  • Medium to advanced mechanical and diagnostic abilities

  • Experience in:

    • Brakes, tires, oil services

    • Suspension and steering

    • Drivability, diagnostics, and electrical/wiring

  • Comfortable using scan tools and computers (provided)

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Own professional tools (training program can supplement)

  • ASE certifications are a plus (we support and pay for certification growth)

  • Team-oriented attitude with a desire to improve

  • Valid driver’s license required

Pay & Benefits

  • $75,000–$90,000+ per year, based on skill level and experience

  • Full-time
