What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call to vehicle pickup
- Capture first-time callers and create an outstanding first impression
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently
- Oversee workflow for 2–3 technicians daily
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Help drive shop growth through professionalism and trust
